ADHD Women in Business (NZ)
Real Talk. Real Support. Real ADHD.
Welcome to ADHD Women in Business (NZ) – a grounded, supportive space for women like us.

Are you a self-employed or workforce-weary woman in NZ navigating ADHD or AuDHD?
Have you been late diagnosed or self-diagnosed, feeling like you’ve had to figure it all out on your own? Do you swing between brilliant business ideas and burnout before you even start? Are you carrying the quiet grief of being misunderstood, misdiagnosed, or always just “too much”?
What this group is:
A private, peer-led community for late/self-diagnosed ADHD and AuDHD women across Aotearoa who are:
Self-employed, freelancing, or thinking about starting a business
Struggling to stay afloat in traditional work environments
Juggling ADHD with life, business, motherhood, menopause, and the mental load
Searching for non-judgmental support, real-life strategies, and connection with others who just get it
What we talk about:
That gut-punch of Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD)
The exhausting cycle of imposter syndrome
Motivation vs. capacity (and how to work with the brain you’ve got)
HRT, meds, food, and supplements
Navigating the broken healthcare system
Business hacks, planning tools, and gentle accountability
Neurodivergent grief – and the power of naming it
And all the “taboo” topics that nobody else is talking about
What’s included:
Fortnightly group calls
A private Facebook group to connect, vent, celebrate, and share resources
A monthly practical newsletter full of community tips, useful links, real ADHD talk, and space for you to contribute
A community where no one’s selling to you. We’re all showing up together.
$25/month admin fee – this covers basic admin, platforms, and ongoing coordination.
There is a MONTH FREE OPTION,
A PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD OPTION &
A PAY IT FORWARD OPTION
That’s it.
You’re not paying for coaching – you’re paying to belong.
