One-on-One Coaching & Support
Free initial consultation — book a no-obligation chat to see if we're the right fit
Individual sessions: $90/hour (inc. GST) — available for children, teens and adults
Flexible locations: Sessions available in my dedicated Nelson office, or in your own home across Nelson, Motueka and Golden Bay (currently expanding to Blenheim and Murchison)
Funding support: I actively help clients navigate Disability Allowance applications, including a direct working relationship with the Nelson/Tasman regional office. I'm also building connections with other regional funding pathways, including NASC and ORS, to support more families accessing the right support.

Small Group Sessions
Alongside one-to-one coaching, I offer small group sessions across a range of ages and needs — consistent, specialist-facilitated groups for neurodivergent people and their whānau across the region.
Groups run in blocks based on interest, for:
Children & teens (8–16): including "Lego and Chill" — play-based neurodiversity sessions building connection, regulation and social confidence
Parents & whānau: small group workshops (4–6 families) covering complex presentations, advocacy skills and emotional regulation support
AuDHD adults: peer-support and skills-based groups for neurodivergent adults
Workplace strategies: practical group sessions for neurodivergent adults navigating work
Pricing: From $25/session or $150 for a six-week block, depending on group type — get in touch to discuss what's forming.

"Beyond the Basics: The Neurodiversity Profile" — professional development for health coaches, HIP nurses and clinicians, covering the neurodivergent profile, autonomic/multi-system crossover conditions, and neuro-affirming clinical frameworks.
From $375 + GST for a 2-hour in-house session (up to 12 participants) — final quote based on group size and content
Custom Workshop Development
Tailored presentations based on your team's specific needs — topics include complex ADHD presentations, autism-ADHD overlap, family systems approaches, and neurodiversity-affirming practice.

Advocacy Support
School meeting preparation and attendance
IEP and learning support plan development
Liaison between school, whānau and other agencies involved in your child's support
Rate: $90/hour (inc. GST)
Documentation & Case Administration
Written summaries, reports and follow-up documentation
Coordination across multiple agencies (e.g. school, OT, funding bodies)
Rate: $60/hour (inc. GST)
Time is tracked and invoiced to whoever is funding the service — privately, or through ORS/NASC where applicable.
