Who am I?

Hi, I'm Kirsty.

I specialize in supporting neurodiverse individuals and families, knowing that true thriving happens when we honor our authentic selves.

My coaching is deeply informed by my own lived experience as an AuDHD parent navigating the challenges of raising a neurodiverse child. I personally understand the overwhelm , the struggle for regulation , and the constant need to become a detective and advocate for your family. This personal journey gives me profound empathy for the daily realities of neurodiversity.

Alongside this lived experience, I bring a unique and diverse foundation of professional training. My academic journey includes studies in child development and psychology , violence and trauma studies , social work , and counseling. This theoretical knowledge is grounded in frontline practical experience, from outreach work with vulnerable populations and crisis intervention to sports coaching, where I gained a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and its role in neurodiverse development. I am currently completing a formal ADHD coaching qualification to ensure my practice remains evidence-based and evolves with my clients' needs.

This combination—raw lived experience , extensive academic study , and practical, frontline professional work —creates a coaching voice that is both compassionate and practical, theoretical and experiential. It allows me to meet you where you are , providing a foundation of genuine understanding to help you or your family move from just surviving to truly thriving.

Why I Do This Work?

My path into neurodiversity coaching isn’t just a career choice; it’s a personal calling forged from lived experience. For 18 years, I have been a parent to my neurodiverse son, navigating a world that wasn't built for him. I know firsthand the profound frustration of fighting systems that don't understand, the pain of being misunderstood, and the exhaustion of simply trying to get the right support.

That journey is the heart of my practice. It’s why I am so driven to meet clients exactly where they are—whether they are newly diagnosed, exploring a diagnosis, or have been navigating this path for years. I work with families who are overwhelmed by the system and with neurodiverse individuals who just need guidance and understanding from someone who truly gets it.

I’ve created this practice because I know that true, effective support requires both: the raw empathy of shared experience and the solid foundation of professional knowledge and training. My mission is to be that bridge, honoring your authentic, whole self over any label or stigma, and empowering you with the understanding and tools to thrive.
