ADHD coaching plays a crucial role in understanding and managing ADHD. It's a collaborative process, where the coach and the individual work together to set goals, devise strategies, and navigate ADHD's challenges. It's about embracing our neuroSPICY and turning it into our strength. 💪

I've personally found that certain strategies, especially when working with teens (or living with them), like setting up small, achievable daily accommodations or using visual aids for organization, have been extremely helpful in my journey. I would love to help them work for you too.
